STUDI ANALISIS KEGIATAN KUNJUNGAN POSYANDU PEREMPUAN MENOPAUSE DENGAN PENERAPAN TEORI CARING SWANSON DI PUSKESMAS AWAL TERUSAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan perempuan menopause dengan penerapan teori caring swanson dalam kegiatan posyandu di Puskesmas Awal Terusan. Penelitian ini di desain dengan metode kualitatif. Metode perekrutan partisipan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode sampel bertujuan (purposive sample). Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling “bola salju". Karakteristik partisipan Wanita Usia 48-65 yang telah menopause dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Partisipan kunci merupakan petugas pelaksana program Posyandu. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Desa Awal Terusan Kecamatan Sirah Pulau Padang Kabupaten OKI Palembang pada bulan Desember 2023. Pengumpulan data mengunakan catatan obeservasi dan perekam kemudian hasilnya di transkripsi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa hanya satu orang yang rutin ke posyandu lansia karena informan memiliki keyakinan pada kemampuan perawat dan dokter di Posyandu untuk dapat membantunya mengobati masalah menopause dan masalah kesehatan lainnya. Informan yang tidak rutin dikarenakan kendala pekerjaan, motivasi dan informasi kegiatan. Posyandu ini tidak hanya untuk lansia saja tapi digunakan juga sebagai kegiatan dalam program pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. Namun demikian informasi terkait tentang menopause sendiri tidak menjadi bahasan utama. Keluhan menopause yang disampaikan pada saat kegiatan Posyandu sendiri sifatnya pribadi di ruang konseling dan tidak dalam kegiatan yang bersama-sama. Sikap empati dari petugas itu biasanya bervariasi. Seluruh petugas Posyandu telah memfasilitasi mereka dalam kegiatan Posyandu. Pendidikan kesehatan dalam posyandu lansia hanya berfokus pada pemberi konseling saja sedangkan mereka selaku peserta Posyandu sifatnya masih lebih banyak pasif.References
