ANALISIS PERILAKU PEREMPUAN MENOPAUSE PADA KLIEN KANKER SERVIKS STADIUM LANJUT DENGAN FOKUS PENERAPAN TEORI KEPERAWATAN ADAPTASI ROY DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LAIS TAHUN 2023

Latar belakang masalah kanker serviks merupakan pembunuh wanita nomor satu di dunia. Pasien kanker serviks stadium lanjut memiliki beberapa kebutuhan yang berbeda. Model adaptasi Roy diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi masalah perilaku perempuan menopause dengan kanker serviks stadium lanjut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis perilaku perempuan menopause pada klien kanker serviks stadium lanjut dengan fokus penerapan teori keperawatan adaptasi Roy diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Lais Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan menopause yang berada di wilayah kerja dan perawat Penanggung Jawab Program IVA 1 orang. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara terbuka. Hasil kemudian ditranskripsi untuk dianalisis. Perilaku input melalui stimulus didapatkan saat melakukan pemeriksaan IVA karena adanya program dari Puskesmas melalui kader kesehatan. Pada pasien yang tidak mengikuti program karena langsung memeriksakan diri ke dokter sehingga didapat diagnosis kanker serviks. Fase adaptasi fisiologi pada pasien kanker serviks menunjukkan gejala lanjut yang sudah mengarah pada metaphase dan disfungsi reproduksi. Fase fungsi peran menunjukkan bahwa pasien kanker serviks stadium lanjut sebagian besar sudah tidak mampu melakukan perannya dalam rumah tangga dan perawatan anak. Pada fase interdependensi menunjukkan gangguan dalam berhubungan dengan lingkungan dan keluarga sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan. Pada fase umpan balik sebagian besar responden sudah menerima kondisinya dan masalah terburuk, sebagian lagi masih berhadap sembuh dengan intervensi pengobatan.References
