IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR HAMBATAN KOMUNIKASI PADA REPEAT ANALISIS DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUP Dr M DJAMIL PADANG

Pengulangan foto ronsen berpotensi meningkatkan perolehan dosis untuk pasien dan radiografer. Salah satu penyebab pengulangan foto adalah terjadinya mis komunikasi antara pasien dengan radiografer saat radiografer memberikan instruksi pemeriksaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk evaluas pengulangan eksposi foto ronsen yang di sebabkan karena faktor komunikasi. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif, dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang pada bulan April 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan pengolahan data univariate. Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa 54,5% hambatan komunikasi karena penggunaan bahasa daerah (minang) oleh radiografer, ,hal ini menjadi kendala karena RSUP Dr. M Djamil Padang sebagai salah satu rumah sakit rujukan di Sumatera Bagian Tengah memiliki keragaman pasien dengan berbagai suku bangsa sehingga tidak semua pasien mengerti dan memahami bahasa minang sebagai bahasa yang dominan di gunakan radiografer dalam berkomunikasi dengan pasien. Kata kunci : pengulangan foto;komunikasi;bahasa Repeated x-rays have the potential to increase dose gain for both the patient and the radiographer. One of the causes of repeated photos is the occurrence of miscommunication between the patient and the radiographer when the radiographer gives instructions for examination. This study aims to evaluate the repetition of X-ray exposure caused by communication factors. This quantitative research was carried out at the Radiology Installation of RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang in April 2022. This study used a saturated sample technique with univariate data processing. The results of the study found that 54.5% of communication barriers were due to the radiographer's use of the local language (Minang), this was an obstacle because RSUP Dr. M Djamil Padang as one of the referral hospitals in Central Sumatra has a diversity of patients with various ethnicities so that not all patients understand and understand Minang language as the dominant language used by radiographers in communicating with patients.
