LAPORAN KASUS : AMENORE PRIMER

Amenore adalah tidak terjadinya menstruasi. Jika belum menstruasi pada usia 14 tahun tanpa adanya perkembangan seksual sekunder atau tidak adanya menstruasi pada usia 16 tahun terlepas dari adanya pertumbuhan normal dan perkembangan karakteristik seksual sekunder disebut amenore primer, jika menstruasi pernah terjadi tetapi kemudian berhenti selama 6 bulan atau lebih maka disebut amenore sekunder. Amenore yang normal hanya terjadi sebelum masa pubertas, selama kehamilan, selama menyusui dan setelah menopause. Kasus ini melaporkan perempuan usia 19 tahun dengan keluhan tidak pernah menstruasi sampai saat ini. Pasien tidak merasakan keluhan nyeri perut setiap bulannya. Tidak ada keluhan flek darah dan keputihan. Pemeriksaan fisik rambut ketiak dan pubis tidak ada, payudara bertumbuh, terdapat areola, puting payudara tidak ada, vulva dan vagina tidak tampak kelainan. Pemeriksaan USG abdomen kesan tidak ada uterus.References
