HUBUNGAN AKTIVITAS FISIK, KUALITAS TIDUR DAN ASUPAN ENERGI DENGAN STATUS GIZI SOPIR KARGO

Tingginya angka usia produktif perlu ditunjang dengan status gizi yang baik untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang sejahtera dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia. Pada sopir kargo, diketahui memiliki waktu kerja yang tidak beraturan dan lebih sering memulai kerja pada malam hari. Hal tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan terhadap kualitas tidur, aktivitas fisik dan asupan energi yang dapat berdampak pada status gizi sopir kargo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara aktivitas fisik, kualitas tidur dan asupan energi dengan status gizi sopir kargo. Merupakan penelitian dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling sejumlah 46 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran dan wawancara secara langsung kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji Spearman dan uji Kendall’s tau-b. Sebagian besar sopir kargo memiliki status gizi obesitas (41.3%), tingkat aktivitas fisik ringan (60.9%), kualitas tidur buruk (69.6%) dan asupan energi defisit tingkat berat (45.7%). Uji statistik menunjukkan hasil terdapat kekuatan hubungan cukup antara aktivitas fisik (r=-0.320), asupan energi (r=0.396) dengan status gizi sopir kargo. Dan kekuatan hubungan antara kualitas tidur (r=0.015) dengan status gizi sopir kargo sangat lemah. Terdapat kekuatan hubungan cukup antara aktivitas fisik dan asupan energi dengan status gizi sopir kargo. Sedangkan kekuatan hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan status gizi sopir kargo sangat lemah, sebaiknya sopir kargo menjaga asupan energi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi dan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik untuk mencegah terjadinya peningkatan status giziReferences
