GAMBARAN KADAR SEBUM DAN KARAKTERISTIK ACNE PADA MAHASISWI FK UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA PENGGUNA MASKER DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Maskne adalah timbulnya akne pada bagian wajah yang tertutup masker yaitu dagu, pipi dan dorsum nasi dikarenakan penggunaan masker yang tidak tepat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional). Penelitian di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara atau secara daring pada bulan Maret-Mei 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel : convenience sampling jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 79 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kadar sebum mahasiswi FK Untar pengguna masker di era pandemi Covid-19 yang paling berminyak yaitu dagu sebanyak 62 orang dengan derajat skin moisture > 47%, diikuti pipi kanan, pipi kiri, dan dahi. Karakteristik acne mahasiswi FK Untar akibat pengguna masker di era pandemi Covid-19 terbanyak yaitu komedo, diikuti lesi inflamasi non-kista dan kista dengan derajat acne didominasi oleh derajat sedang 80,5% diikuti derajat ringan 15,9%, dan berat 5,7%. Jenis skin care yang digunakan paling banyak oleh mahasiswi FK Untar yaitu sabun cuci wajah 86,6% diikuti serum 8,5%, tabir surya 3,7%, dan krim pelembab 1,2%. Gambaran kadar sebum mahasiswi FK Untar pengguna masker di era pandemi Covid-19 yang paling tinggi yaitu dagu.References
