PENGARUH STRESS TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA ANGKATAN 2021

Prestasi belajar yang baik merupakan tujuan atau motivasi mahasiswa dalam berkuliah, dan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mencari pekerjaan nantinya. Terdapat berbagai hal yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar, salah satunya adalah stress. Literatur saat ini memberikan hasil yang beragam mengenai hubungan antara stress dengan prestasi belajar, sehingga akan diteliti pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional). Sampel penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara angkatan 2021 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Stress diukur dengan kuisioner Perceives Stress Scale (PSS) sedangkan prestasi belajar diukur dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi-square menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for Windows versi 21.0. Mayoritas mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara angkatan 2021 mengalami stress sedang yaitu sebanyak 145 orang (70,4%) dan memiliki IPK ? 3 yaitu sebanyak 149 orang (72,3%). Terdapat hubungan antara stres dengan indeks prestasi belajar mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara Angkatan 2021 (p=0,013). Stress dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Sebaiknya dilakukan pemeriksaan psikiatri ke mahasiswa fakutlas kedokteran yang mengalami stress untuk mencegah penurunan prestasi belajar. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pada angkatan yang berbeda untuk melihat pengaruh perbedaan semester pada tingkat stress dan IPK.References
