KUALITAS HIDUP PENDERITA KANKER SERVIKS DI KOTA KEDIRI TAHUN 2023

Kanker serviks adalah masalah utama kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Penilaian kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan tetap menjadi elemen penting dalam mengevaluasi status kesehatan pasca perawatan kanker serviks. Dampak negatif pengobatan terhadap kualitas hidup yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh fisik, somatik, emosional, psikologis, keuangan dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuliatatif dengan menggunakan metode sudi kasus. Informan yang diwawancarai adalah sejumlah 7 orang dimana 2 orang sebagai kunci informan. Dan dilakukan di bulan Juni. Dimensi Kualitas hidup adalah Kualitas hidup (QOL) adalah persepsi publik tentang apakah. Kualitas hidup adalah konsep berbasis luas yang tunduk pada sistem kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh kesehatan fisik, status psikologis, tingkat ketergantungan dan hubungan sosial, dan fitur lingkungan yang menonjol. Dimensi Kualitas hidup adalah Kualitas hidup (QOL) adalah persepsi publik tentang apakah kebutuhan mereka terpenuhi, dan apakah peluang untuk kebahagiaan dan kepuasan tersedia. Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), kualitas hidup didefinisikan sebagai persepsi individu tentang posisi mereka dalam kehidupan dan dalam sistem budaya dan nilai tempat mereka tinggal, dan dalam hal pemahaman tentang tujuan, harapan, standar, dan minat mereka. Kualitas hidup adalah konsep berbasis luas yang tunduk pada sistem kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh kesehatan fisik, status psikologis, tingkat ketergantungan dan hubungan sosial, dan fitur lingkungan yang menonjol. Konsep kualitas hidup, sebagai refleksi integral dari rasa kesehatan pribadi, mencakup semua faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan manusia, dan sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan kota.References
