KECENDERUNGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR DAN FAKTOR RISIKONYA DI PUSKESMAS SEMPUR KOTA BOGOR

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) telah menjadi fokus perhatian global dan nasional, terutama di Indonesia, karena prevalensinya yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Kenaikan angka kejadian PTM ini secara erat berkaitan dengan perubahan pola hidup manusia, khususnya dalam hal pola makan dan aktivitas fisik, yang semakin cenderung memburuk. Perkembangan ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kesadaran akan dampak gaya hidup terhadap kesehatan dan mendesak perlunya upaya pencegahan yang lebih intensif untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan ini secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, penanganan dan pencegahannya menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran epidemologi penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dan fakor risikonya di wilayah Puskesmas Sempur, Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional study yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2018, di Puskesmas Sempur, Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor. Penelitan ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu kuesioner kasus dan faktor risiko penyakit tidak menular pada tahun 2015, 2016, dan 2017. Data yang didapatkan melibatkan 5070 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persentase lima PTM dengan sebaran tertinggi pada tahun 2015, 2016, dan 2017 adalah hipertensi (74,36%; 74,58%; 69,69%), diabetes mellitus (17,03%; 17,27%; 14,45%), asma (8,25%; 7,72%; 14,94%), dan stroke (0,36%; 0,43%; 0,64%). Faktor risiko tertinggi berkaitan dengan PTM pada tahun 2015, 2016, dan 2017 adalah konsumsi makanan asin dan tinggi lemak, kurangnya konsumsi sayur dan buah, serta kurangnya aktivitas fisik.References
