EFEKTIVITAS STIMULASI SENSORI TACTILE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN PASIEN CEDERA KEPALA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Cedera kepala merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian dan menjadi ancaman serius di negara berkembang tidak hanya itu cedera kepala juga dapat menyebabkan kelumpuhan serta penurunan kesadaran. Cedera kepala dapat merubah kesadaran pasien dan menimbulkan kerusakan kognitif, untuk meminimalkan risiko tersebut diperlukan tindakan yang tepat dan lebih awal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pasien. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat digunakan yaitu stimulasi sensori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas stimulasi sensosri yang dapat digunakan oleh keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Literature Review penulis melakukan pencarian sistematis melalui database elektronik yaitu Pubmed, CINAHL ebsco, ScienceDirect, Google Scolar. Penelitian dilakukan dalam rentang waktu antara 2009 dan 2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam review adalah randomised controlled trial dan quasi ekperiment. Kombinasi kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu “Haed Injury’ AND ‘Tactile Stimulation’ NOT ‘Literature Review’ OR ‘review of the literature’ OR ‘overview’ OR ‘Systematic Review’ OR ‘meta analysis”. Sebanyak 6 arikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis. Berdasarkarkan 6 artikel tersebut di didapatkan hasil bahwa terapi stimulasi tactile dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pasien cedera kepala, dengan melakukan kunjungan keluarga yang teratur serta memberikan stimulus tactile dengan setuhan pada wajah dan tangan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pasien. Sehingga Dapat disimpulkan bahwa stimulus tactile efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran pasien dengan melibatkan keluarga dalam proses perawatan pasien.References
