Seorang dokter merupakan tenaga medis yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam hal mengobati dan menyembuhkan penyakit pasien. Untuk mendapatkan lulusan dokter yang berkualitas, maka perlu adanya pendukung kurikulum pembelajaran yang menghubungkan antara pembelajaran teori dan praktik yang disebut dengan ECE (Early Clinical Exposure), pembelajaran berbasis ECE memiliki berbagai manfaat bagi mahasiswa. Saat ini Fakultas kedokteran UNPRI menerapkan ECE sebagai pendukung kurikulum pembelajaran terhadap Mahasiswa Kedokteran Semester V. Agar manfaat pelaksanaan ECE dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Oleh karena itu, perlunya Persepsi Mahasiswa Semester V Fakultas Kedokteran UNPRI terhadap Pelaksanaan ECE di RSU Royal Prima Marelan. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling, yaitu mahasiswa semester V yang berjumlah 103 orang yang berpartisipasi dari 124 orang. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan analisis univariat. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rata-rata persepsi mahasiswa semester V terhadap pelaksanaan ECE sebesar 3,17 (63%), Struktur dan Organisasi ECE sebesar 3,11 (62%), dan Manfaat Implementasi ECE sebesar 3,37 (67%). Bahwa mayoritas Persepsi Mahasiswa Semester V Fakultas kedokteran UNPRI menjawab netral terhadap pelaksanaan ECE (cukup), Struktur dan Organisasi ECE (cukup), manfaat implementasi ECE (Baik) di RSU Royal Prima Marelan.References
