ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KENAKALAN REMAJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN TRANSCULTURAL NURSING MODEL DI PROBOLINGGO

Kenakalan remaja di Indonesia semakin mengkhawatirkan, salah satu wilayah di propinsi Jawa Timur yaitu di Probolinggo yang memiliki angka kejadian sebesar 435 kasus, terdiri dari 4 kasus pemerkosaan, 8 kasus penganiayaan ringan, 24 kasus penganiayaan berat dan 417 bentuk kenakalan remaja yang lain. Hal tersebut terjadi karena proses pembentukan identitas diri yang tidak tepat, pelaksanaan tugas perkembangan keluarga yang kurang optimal, selain itu pengaruh budaya yang saat ini berkembang di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kenakalan remaja dengan pendekatan transcultural nursing model di Probolinggo. Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2023. Sample penelitian ini yaitu remaja dengan jumlah 70 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F (ANOVA). Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji F (ANOVA) nilai P value yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,017 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara identitas diri remaja, tugas perkembangan keluarga dengan pendekatan tanskultural nursing model (pengetahuan, dukungan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, kebijakan, teknologi) terhadap kenakalan remaja. Kenakalan remaja dipengaruhi oleh identitas diri remaja, tugas perkembangan keluarga dengan pendekatan tanskultural nursing model (pengetahuan, dukungan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, kebijakan, teknologi) di Probolinggo.References
