PENGARUH METODE ENHANCED RECOVERY AFTER CESAREAN SECTIO (ERACS) TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMANDIRIAN PASCA SECTIO CESAREA

Persalinan dengan sectio cesarea meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penerapan metode Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) pada sectio cesarea atau ERACS diklaim dapat mempercepat proses pemulihan pasca operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan metode operasi, umur dan riwayat persalinan terhadap tingkat kemandirian pasien pasca operasi sectio cesarea di RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah tahun 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien yang melahirkan secara Sectio cesarea pada tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna tingkat kemandirian pasca operasi antara pasien yang menggunakan metode operasi ERACS (n=157,43) dan non ERACS (n=240,46; p value <0,05), namun tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna tingkat kemandirian pasca operasi berdasarkan riwayat persalinan (p value = 0,89) dan kelompok umur (p value = 0,31). Metode ERACS berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemandirian pasca operasi Sectio Cesarea.References
