MANAJEMEN PERENCANAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PEMBANGUNAN KLINIK MITHA PRE-MARRIAGE HEALTHCARE AND AESTHETIC

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam pembangunan KLINIK MITHA, yang berfokus pada layanan kesehatan pra-pernikahan dan estetika. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus terinci terhadap KLINIK MITHA. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan manajer sumber daya manusia, pemilik klinik, dan staf terkait, dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola kunci terkait manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif memainkan peran kunci dalam pengembangan dan operasionalisasi KLINIK MITHA. Aspek seperti rekruitmen yang selektif, pelatihan dan pengembangan staf, serta penilaian kinerja yang terarah, memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Keselarasan antara kebutuhan staf dan tujuan strategis klinik juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang terfokus dan terintegrasi dengan baik berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan dan operasional KLINIK MITHA. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam bagi praktisi bisnis dan pemilik klinik tentang pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam mengelola klinik kesehatan dan estetika. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan praktik manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang cermat dapat meningkatkan kinerja klinik dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dalam industri kesehatan pra-pernikahan dan estetika. Dengan demikian, manajemen perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang terfokus dan terintegrasi dengan baik di KLINIK MITHA dapat menjadi model bagi klinik serupa dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keberlanjutan bisnis.References
