ANALISIS WAKTU TUNGGU PENDAFTARAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN PUSKESMAS IBRAHIM ADJIE

ABSTRAK Waktu tunggu pasien di Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan (TPPRJ) juga menjadi salah satu komponen potensial sebagai penyebab ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan. Jika waktu tunggu pelayanan lama maka akan mengurangi kenyamanan pasien. Begitupun sebaliknya, jika waktu tunggu pelayanan cepat maka akan memberikan tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu pendaftarandengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan (TPPRJ) Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Kota Bandung. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan (TPPRJ) yang sampelnya purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan total sampel 20 responed. Peneliti juga melakukan analisis data menggunakan uji Chi – Square Test. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa rata – rata waktu petugas melayani pasien baru rawat jalan adalah 8 menit 35 detik dan pelayanan pasien lama 6 menit 06 detik. Tingkat penilaian kecepatan waktu pelayananpun didapatkan 40% cepat dan 60% tergolong lambat. Adapun penilaian kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan didapat 43% merasa puas dan 57% tidak puas. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan antara waktu tunggu pendaftaran dengan kepuasan pasien di Tempat Pendaftaran Rawat Jalan (TPPRJ) Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, TPPRJ, Waktu Tunggu Pendaftaran ABSTRACT The waiting time for the patient at the inpatient registration site (TPPRJ) is also one of the potential components to cause the patient's dissatisfaction with service. If the service wait time long it will reduce the comfort of the patient. If you wait for quick service, it will give the patient a high level of satisfaction. The study is to find out the relationships waiting for an outpatient signup at the treatment facility (TPPRJ) hospital admissions center ibrahim adjie of bandung. As for the kind of research used are analytical observational designs with a sectional cross approach. The population in this study is where an inpatient registration (TPPRJ) is an integral sampling using the data collection method using the questionnaire with a total of 20 responed samples. Researchers also conducted data analysis using the chi-square test. Research indicates that the average time officers serve new outpatient care is 8 minutes 35 seconds and the service of the old patient is 6 minutes and 06 seconds. Service time assessment rate was given 40% speed and 60% rate slower. As for the patient's assessment of satisfaction of service, 43% is satisfied and 57% is not satisfied. It could be concluded from this study that there is a link between waiting time for registration and patient satisfaction at the treatment facility ibrahim adjie is in bandung.
