ANALISIS HUBUNGAN SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE DENGAN TINGKAT STRES PADA SISWA SLTA SEDERAJAT

Kebijakan work from home selama pandemi COVID-19 bukannya tidak memiliki dampak apapun. Masyarakat yang awalnya melakukan banyak aktivitas di luar ruangan, selama pandemi menjadi dibatasi dan sebisa mungkin dilakukan di dalam ruangan. Pembatasan sosial tersebut tentunya berdampak pada perubahan aktivitas fisik dan kesehatan mental khususnya terhadap siswa sekolah. Gangguan tersebut apabila tidak diatasi, maka akan berdampak pada kehidupan mereka saat memasuki usia dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara sedentary lifestyle dengan tingkat stres pada siswa SLTA sederajat di Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 247 orang menggunakan teknik multiple stage cluster, sehingga diperoleh lokasi di SMAN 1 Dolopo, SMAN 1 Pilangkenceng, SMA Kyai Ageng Basyariah, dan SMK PGRI 1 Mejayan. Pengambilan data dengan menyebar kuesioner dan kemudian dilakukan analisis uji statistik Prevalence Ratio dan analisis Chi-Square Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sedentary lifestyle dengan tingkat stres (p=0,007). Sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Siswa dengan sedentary lifestyle tinggi berisiko 1,56 kali lebih besar mengalami stres dibandingkan siswa dengan sedentary lifestyle rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sedentary lifestyle dengan tingkat stres pada siswa SLTA sederajat di Kabupaten Madiun. Penting dilakukan penyuluhan terkait kegiatan mengurangi sedentary lifestyle serta membuka layanan konseling siswa dalam upaya pencegahan stres.References
