PENGARUH MASASE EFFLEURAGE TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI PERSALINAN KALA I FASE AKTIF: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Pada saat persalinan secara umum setiap wanita akan mengalami nyeri fisiologis sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman yang buruk pada ibu bersalin seperti rasa takut dan cemas yang dapat menimbulkan persalinan lama. Terdapat beberapa penatalaksanaan untuk nyeri persalinan yaitu terapi farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Penatalaksanaan farmakologis umumnya berupa pemberian obat-obatan yang berpotensi menimbulkan efek samping bagi pertumbuhan janin. Oleh karena itu, perawatan nonfarmakologis seperti pijat effleurage lebih disarankan dan disukai karena lebih aman, efektif, murah, tidak membahayakan bagi ibu maupun janin, dan tidak mempunyai efek alergi maupun efek obat. Tujuan dari Systematic Review ini untuk mengidentifikasi literature yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh pijat effleurage terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Systematic Review ini terdiri dari 5 fase yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan framework PICO; mencari literature melalui database yang relevan, yaitu PubMed, Science Direct dan Wiley; membuat Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flowchart untuk menggambarkan alur pencarian artikel; melakukan evaluasi data, analisis data dan menyajikan data yang didapat. Hasil review dari 10 artikel terpilih didapatkan 9 artikel dengan grade A, 1 artikel grade B, 7 artikel menggunakan quasi experiment, 1 artikel true experiment dan 2 artikel randomized clinical trial (RCT). Tiga tema yang muncul berdasarkan hasil dari Systematic Review yaitu efektivitas, mekanisme, dan tujuan masase effleurage.References
