TERAPI NUTRISI PADA STROKE METABOLIK AKUT DISERTAI HIPERTENSI II DAN ALODENIA

Pasien stroke memerlukan asuhan gizi khusus untuk menurunkan asupan kolesterol yang dapat menjadi penyebab stroke, namun mampu mencukupi asupan gizi lainnya. Terlebih pada kasus pasien dengan hipertensi dan gangguan ginjal. Proses asuhan gizi terstandar dilakukan dengan pemberian diet rendah protein untuk membantu mengurangi kinerja ginjal dan lemak cukup untuk mengurangi risiko penurunan berat badan pada pasien. Studi kasus dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2022 pada pasien rawat inap di RS X Gresik. Setelah pemberian intervensi gizi, kondisi pasien tidak terdapat perubahan yang signifikan ditandai dengan asupan yang berhasil dikonsumsi pasien masih dibawah target (>80%) dan gejala yang dialami pasien dari MRS masih dialami oleh pasien, namun terdapat peningkatan asupan pada hari intervensi ke-3. Pada kasus ini, pemulihan kondisi pasien belum terlihat hingga pemberian intervensi hari ke-3. Hal ini disebabkan pasien masih lemas dan kesulitan menelan sehingga target asupan masih belum memenuhi target (>80%).References
