SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: PERLUKAH PENDEKATAN SPASIAL DALAM PENENTUAN PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN STUNTING?

Prevalensi nasional stunting balita di Indonesia dari hasil Survey Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2021 sebesar 24,4 persen, turun menjadi 21,6% pada tahun 2022. Namun angka tersebut masih di di atas batas toleransi World Health Organization (WHO) sebesar 20%. Intervensi kebijakan pemerintah diharapkan dapat menyukseskan penurunan angka stunting di Indonesia. Heterogenitas kondisi dan faktor determinan antar wilayah membutuhkan analisis spasial sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas intervensi. Penelitian ini akan membahas apakah pendekatan spasial dapat menjadi salah satu pertimbangan para pembuat kebijakan dalam membuat program intervensi stunting yang efektif dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana analisis spasial berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan intervensi penurunan kejadian stunting. Desain penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review, dengan teknik pencarian artikel menggunakan bantuan aplikasi publish and perish pada database scopus berdasarkan kata kunci yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian yaitu spasial, stunting, balita usia 0-59 bulan. Tidak ada batasan wilayah dalam penelitian ini. Tahun pencarian artikel dibatasi dari publikasi tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Proses pencarian artikel menghasilkan 65 artikel, kemudian disaring sesuai inklusi penelitian menjadi 14 artikel yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian dengan analisis spasial berupa pemetaan daerah dengan hotspot prevalensi stunting tinggi serta faktor resiko yang bersifat dominan pada daerah tersebut dapat dijadikan salah satu strategi kebijakan intervensi terhadap timbulnya stunting pada balita. Prioritas intervensi pada daerah hotspot tinggi stunting dengan sumber daya yang terbatas menjadi hal yang diutamakan dalam perencanaan pemerintah terhadap kebijakan penanggulangan stunting.References
