FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENERIMAAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 LENGKAP TAHAP 1 DAN 2 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SUKA MAKMUR ACEH BESAR TAHUN 2022

Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2), salah satu cara yang sangat mungkin untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini adalah dengan pengembangan vaksin. Di Provinsi Aceh Data per 5 Mei 2022 tercatat masyarakat yang sudah divaksin tahap 1 berjumlah 99% dan tahap 2 sudah mencapai 73%, Aceh Besar tercatat masyarakat yang sudah divaksin tahap 1 dan tahap 2 berjumlah 68%. Puskesmas Suka Makmur Aceh Besar merupakan Puskesmas yang paling rendah cakupan vaksinasinya masih dibawah cakupan nasional yaitu 78% yaitu tahap 1 dan tahap 2 berjumlah 29,8%. Desain penelitian ini dalam bentuk descriptive analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suka Makmur Aceh Besar tahun 2022 yang berusia 26-45 tahun berjumlah 2132 masyarakat. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara propotional sampling dengan penetapan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 sampel. Hasil univariat menunjukan bahwa terdapat 38 (39,6%) responden yang sudah vaksin, 43 (44,8%) access jauh, 52 (54,2%) affordability terjangkau, 44 (45,8%) awareness baik, 40 (41,7%) acceptance positif dan 41 (42,7%) yang ada activation. Hasil bivariat diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan access p value = 0.037, ada hubungan affordability p value = 0.007, ada hubungan awareness p value = 0.006, ada hubungan acceptance p value = 0.011 dan ada hubungan activation p value = 0.004 dengan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suka Makmur Aceh Besar tahun 2022.References
