PERILAKU KONSUMSI OBAT HIPERTENSI PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA CILANGKAP KECAMATAN KALANGANYAR KABUPATEN LEBAK TAHUN 2023 STUDI KUALITATIF

Hipertensi adalah penyebab paling umum dari penyakit kardiovaskular di seluruh dunia. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat berakibat pada komplikasi penyakit. Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan bahwa penderita hipertensi pada penduduk usia ?18 tahun berjumlah 658.201 penderita. Sedangkan untuk pola 20 penyakit terbesar di Kabupaten Lebak pada tahun 2020, hipertensi berada di urutan ke-5 dengan jumlah 41.842 kasus. Hipertensi selalu berada pada urutan ke-5 dalam pola penyakit terbesar dalam tiga 3 tahun Puskesmas di Kabupaten Lebak sejak 2020. Penanganan hipertensi tingkat pertama sangat penting karena dapat mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumsi obat hipertensi, yaitu pengetahuan, motivasi, keyakinan pada pengobatan alternatif dan dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam terstruktur, dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Kalanganyar, Desa Cilangkap, Kecamatan Kalanganyar, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten pada bulan Juni 2023. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam pada lima informan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Model Analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar informan tidak melakukan konsumsi obat hipertensi secara teratur diakibatkan kurangnya pengetahuan, keterbatasan biaya, motivasi, kepercayaan pengobatan alternatif dan kurangnya dukungan keluarga dalam mengkonsumsi obat hipertensi. Petugas kesehatan dan keluarga penderita perlu memonitor penderita dengan hipertensi agar lebih patuh terhadap semua aturan mengenai pengobatan hipertensi, juga perlu adanya evaluasi pada program hipertensi.References
