EFEKTIVITAS DAN KEAMANAN PEMBERIAN VAKSIN PADA PASIEN COVID-19

Covid-19 terjadi sekitar tahun 2019 ditemukan di Wuhan China pertama kali, Covid-19 merupakan coronavirus (CoVs) dimana penyakit yang menyerang pernafasan akut. Pemberian vaksinasi terhadap Covid-19 tidak hanya mencegah penyebaran virus tetapi juga mencegah terjadi komplikasi serius dari pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan keamanan pemberian vaksin pada pasien covid-19. Strategi dalam mengumpulan article review kami mencari semua publikasi yang terkait dengan vaksin SARS-CoV-2 dari database berikut: EMBASE, Medline (melalui PubMed), dan Web of Science. Pencarian dalam pengambilan artikel “Covid-19” AND “Effectiveness” AND “Safiety” AND “Vaccine”. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Laki-laki memiliki efektivitas yang lebih tinggi perempuan yang menerima vaksin efektivitasnya 92,70 (95% CI 81-96,81) dan 87,84% (95% CI 75,78-9388). Usia 16-55 tahun 88,89% (95% CI 75,45-94,87) dan usia > 55 tahun 87,62% (95% CI 76,83-92,54). Berdasarkan etnis kulit hitam 95,37% (95% CI 47,92-100) dan putih 89,81% (95% CI 73,08-96,15). Efek samping penggunaan vaksin sering terjadi setelah pemberian vaksin dosis kedua. Efek samping yang umum terjadi di seluruh vaksin adalah kemerahan, nyeri bagian suntik, demam, kemerahan, menggigil, gatal. Vaksin terbukti memiliki efektivitas dalam menurunkan kejadian infeksi Covid-19, menurunkan gejala Covid-19, menurunkan angka kejadian masuk rumah sakit dan kematian. Efektivitas seluruh vaksin meningkat setelah pemberian dosis kedua dibandingkan dosis pertama hal ini juga setara dengan efek samping yang biasa muncul penggunaan vaksin setelah dosis kedua.References
