DETERMINAN INFEKSIUS FASCIOLOSIS PADA MANUSIA

Fasciolosis merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh parasit cacing kelas trematoda yakni Fasciolla sp atau dikenal cacing hati. Fasciolla sp menjadi penyebab infeksi Fasciolosis secara global yang sangat parah pada inang manusia dan hewan. Infeksius akibat Fasciolla cukup membahayakan kesehatan, khususnya pada anak seperti komplikasi panjang hingga terjadinya gangguan neurokognitif. Tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan, namun juga menimbulkan masalah sosial ekonomi di masyarakat yang mengakibatkan kerugian pada hewan ternak. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat mengenai faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab infeksi Fasciolosis pada manusia, sehingga diharapkan agar para pembaca dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang bebas parasit Fasciolosis secara mandiri demi menjaga kesehatan.. Literatur review dilakukan berdasarkan issue, metodologi, persamaan dan proposal penelitian lanjutan. Dari 10 penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya menggunakan desain studi random sampling, observasional dan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh orang yang mengalami infeksius Fasciolosis dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebagian maupun semua orang yang mengalami infeksi Fasciolosis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa 10 artikel pada tabel di atas, diketahui bahwa jenis cacing hati F.hepatica menjadi penyebab paling banyak terjadinya infeksi Fasciolosis pada manusia dengan faktor risiko paling tinggi disebabkan karena asupana makanan konsumsi bahan mentah seperti sayuran. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan masyarakat harus lebih memperhatikan sanitasi air serta mengurangi kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan mentah. Jika tetap ingin dikonsumsi hendaknya diperhatikan cara kebersihan dalam pengolahan bahan makanannya. Selain itu, bagi para peternak dianjurkan untuk tidak hanya menjaga kesehatan hewan ternak namun juga memperhatikan kebersihan kandang.References
