TERAPI NON FARMAKALOGIS DALAM MENURUNKAN IPERTENSI PADA LANSIA: STUDI LITERATUR

Hipertensi merupakan suatu penyakit dengan keadaan tekanan darah pada pembuluh darah arteri meningkat dalam rentang waktu yang lama. Strategi pengobatan non-farmakologi bertujuan untuk membuat pasien melakukan latihan aktivitas fisik secara teratur, memperbaiki pola makan sehat yang bebas garam, menghentikan kebiasaan merokok dan menjauhi stres psikologis. Terapi farmakologis dan terapi nonfarmakologis telah digunakan untuk mengelola hipertensi pada pasien. Pasien hipertensi selama hidupnya diharuskan untuk mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi secara teratur yang sering menimbulkan rasa lelah dan mengakibatkan ketidakpatuhan berobat. Penggunaan obat antihipertensi memiliki banyak efek samping yang dapat merugikan tubuh salah satunya terjadinya peningkatan ekskresi urin oleh diuretik tiazid menyebabkan hipokalemia, hiponatremia, dan hipomagnesiemia penelitian ini di lakukan di Surakarta. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Terapi Non Farmakalogis dalam Menurunkan Hipertensi pada Lansia. Studi Literature menggunakan database search engine yaitu Sciencedirect, Pubmed, dan Google Schoolar, dengan publikasi artikel berkisar tahun 2017-2023. kata kunci termasuk: "Hypertension" AND “therapy” AND "Non Pharamacology” AND “Elderly” . didapatkan 10 jurnal yang membahas Efektivitas Herbal Dalam Menurunkan Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Penderita Hipertensi. Terapi non-farmakologis dengan cara dan prosedur yang tepat dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi, diantara terapi tersebut adalah terapi relaksasi, terapi Latihan fisik, dan tumbuhan herbal dengan jenis terapi yang bervariasiReferences
