EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI METODE ABC-VEN DALAM MANAJEMEN PENGENDALIAN LOGISTIK FARMASI : LITERATURE REVIEW

Pengelolaan logistik farmasi merupakan aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan yang tidak optimal dapat berdampak negatif terhadap logistik farmasi di industri kesehatan. Manajemen logistik melibatkan aktivitas pembelian, penerimaan, pengendalian stok, distribusi, dan penggunaan obat. Metode ABC dan VEN digunakan untuk mengendalikan pengadaan dan penggunaan obat secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai peran metode ABC-VEN dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan logistik farmasi, serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana metode ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengadaan dan penggunaan obat secara tepat. Metode menggunakan pendekatan literature review dari database Proquest, Science Direct, dan Scopus dengan menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelusuran database diperoleh 150 artikel yang kemudian tersaring dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi menjadi 4 artikel untuk dianalisis. Metode analisis ABC-VEN merupakan salah satu cara praktis dan terjangkau untuk mencapai rantai pasok produk farmasi yang optimal. Metode ini membantu mengidentifikasi barang-barang yang memerlukan pengendalian ketat, menentukan prioritas, dan interval pemesanan ulang. Pengelolaan logistik farmasi menggunakan metode analisis ABC-VEN dapat mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan dan meningkatkan manajemen persediaan barang farmasi. Metode ABC-VEN dapat diimplementasikan secara rutin untuk pengendalian persediaan di Rumah Sakit, industri farmasi, dan fasilitas kesehatan lainnya.References
