IDENTIFIKASI RISIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA SAMPAH DAN PREVELANSINYA

Pekerja pengumpul sampah memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan di kota. Mereka berisiko tinggi mengalami cedera kerja karena melakukan pengumpulan sampah yang terkontaminasi secara manual tanpa perlindungan, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan prevalensi cedera kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi cedera kerja dan prevalensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 16 artikel ditemukan yang memenuhi kriteria seleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja sampah sangat rentan terhadap cedera kerja. Penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) rendah dan tidak sesuai di kalangan pekerja, serta kebiasaan pribadi berisiko seperti merokok, merupakan faktor yang terkait dengan cedera kerja pada pekerja pengumpul sampah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penegakan prosedur kerja yang aman dan penggunaan APD yang sesuai bagi pekerja pengumpul sampah di semua wilayah.References
