IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR RISIKO DISTRESS DAN PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN PENYAKIT KARDIOVASKULAR DI TEMPAT KERJA

Pendahuluan: Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan jenis penyakit tidak menular yang menyumbang angka kematian tertinggi yang salah satu faktor risikonya adalah distress. Berdasarkan data Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menjelaskan bahwa 17 juta orang di dunia meninggal per tahunnya akibat penyakit kardiovaskular. Berdasarkan data laporan investigasi PT X, terdapat 20 kasus kematian di tempat kerja (illness fatality), 90% diantaranya disebabkan penyakit kardiovaskular. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko signifikan terhadap distress dan program penanggulangan distress di tempat kerja. penelitian ini menggunakan metode literartur review dengan menggunakan kata kunci illness fatality, distress, kardiovaskular, dan penanggulangan distress pada pekerja melalui database elektronik. Hasil: Dari penyaringan diperoleh 15 jurnal yang relevan yang dapat mengidentifikasi faktor risiko signifikan terhadap distress dan program manajemen distress. Simpulan: Faktor risiko signifikan terhadap distress pada pekerja adalah durasi kerja, ambiguitas peran, konflik peran, kurangnya alat pelindung diri, masa kerja, beban kerja, job insecurity, iklim organisasi, pengembangan karier, work life balance, hubungan interpersonal, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan usia. Sementara program manajemen distress dapat dilakukan melalui intervensi primer, sekunder dan tersier.References
