ANALISIS FAKTOR MANUSIA DALAM KECELAKAAN TAMBANG

Sektor pertambangan merupakan salah satu sektor industri dengan risiko keselamatan tertinggi yang ditunjukkan oleh tingginya angka kecelakaan di pertambangan. Berdasarkan data dari Minerba, telah terjadi 881 kecelakaan tambang pada periode 2013-2021 dan 195 dari kecelakaan tersebut berakibat kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor manusia dalam kecelakaan tambang. Metoda yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menggunakan kata kunci faktor manusia, kecelakaan tambang, dan kecelakaan tambang akibat faktor manusia melalui database elektronik. Dari 16 jurnal yang ditinjau, faktor-faktor manusia dalam kecelakaan tambang adalah kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan aturan, kompetensi, pengawasan kerja, kesadaran terhadap keselamatan kerja, perilaku keselamatan, kebugaran kerja, dan pengalaman. Dari tujuh faktor manusia tersebut, yang paling banyak muncul dalam 16 jurnal yang direview adalah ketidakpatuhan karyawan tambang terhadap prosedur dan aturan, karyawan tambang yang tidak memiliki kompetensi, kurangnya jumlah pengawas kerja dan kepengawasan kerja tidak efektif, serta rendahnya kesadaran terhadap keselamatan kerja.References
