DETERMINAN SOSIAL DEMOGRAFI PEMANFAATAN FASILITAS KESEHATAN UNTUK BEROBAT JALAN DI PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA: ANALISIS DATA SUSENAS TAHUN 2019

Penduduk Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berobat jalan terkait adanya keluhan kesehatan dari tahun 2016 , 2017, dan 2018 mengalami peningkatan, yaitu 22,88%, 23,50%, dan 48,33%. Angka ini cenderung lebih rendah dari rata-rata persentase secara nasional dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas rawat jalan. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan sosial demografi pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan untuk berobat jalan di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang menggunakan Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (Susenas) tahun 2019. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan ekonometrika dengan metode Binary Regression dengan model logit. Hasil regresi logit menunjukkan model mampu menjelaskan data sebesar 3,17%, dengan variabel gender, usia, pendidikan, status pernikahan, kepemilikan asuransi, wilayah tempat tinggal menunjukkan p-value dibawah 0,05. Faktor gender, usia, tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, kepemilikan asuransi, dan wilayah tinggal berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan berobat rawat jalan di Sumatera Utara.References
