FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRENATAL DEPRESSION: LITERATURE REVIEW

Pada periode kehamilan, wanita mengalami berbagai perubahan fisik maupun psikologis. Wanita yang mengalami suasana hati tertekan, cemas yang berlebihan, insomnia, dan perubahan berat badan selama masa kehamilan memiliki risiko mengalami prenatal depression (depresi pada masa kehamilan). Depresi pada masa kehamilan yang berkepanjangan dapat berlanjut menjadi postpartum depression. Tujuan dari dilakukannya tinjauan literatur ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan prenatal depression. Proses pencarian artikel internasional dan nasional dilakukan menggunakan bantuan beberapa database seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Proses penelusuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci “prenatal depression”, “depression during pregnany”, dan “depresi pada masa kehamilan”. Lalu dilakukan telaah lebih dalam hingga didapatkan 10 artikel yang sesuai dan menjawab tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ditemukan berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan prenatal depression diantaranya yaitu usia, status pendidikan, status sosial ekonomi, status pernikahan, paritas, Kehamilan Tidak Direncanakan (KTD), dukungan sosial dari orang terdekat, Health Locus of Control (HLC), heartburn, riwayat operasi caesar, riwayat pelecehan seksual, kekerasan rumah tangga, ketakutan akan persalinan, konsumsi alkohol, dan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Apabila prenatal depression tidak segera ditangani atau dicegah dapat berlanjut hingga masa postpartum dan berdampak terhadap kenyamanan bayi, kondisi emosional, dan perkembangan anak. Sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya promotif dan preventif melalui skrining kesehatan mental pada saat antenatal care. Bidan bisa memberikan asuhan psikologis sesuai kebutuhan ibu hamil.References
