HUBUNGAN OBESITAS DAN HIPERTRIGLISERIDEMIA DENGAN KEJADIAN PERLEMAKAN HATI PADA USIA 30-60 TAHUN

Perlemakan hati non-alkoholik atau sering di dengar dengan istilah Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) merupakan kelainan hati dimana lipid terutama trigliserida terakumulasi di dalam hepatosit lebih dari 5% keseluruhan hepatosit dengan gambaran spektrum makrovesikuler atau mikrovesikular, fibrosis, hingga sirosis hati dan tanpa ada hubungannya dengan konsumsi alkohol. Faktor risiko NAFLD tersering adalah obesitas, diabetes melitus tipe 2 dan dislipidemia. Selain itu, ada beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian NAFLD antara lain genetik, usia, jenis kelamin, dan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, obesitas dan hipertrigliseridemia dengan perlemakan hati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik deskriptif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional. Sebanyak 104 data pasien dikumpulkan secara non probability sampling dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan melihat hasil medical check up pasien periode 2016 di RSAL dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta yang mayoritas pasien adalah TNI. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan p<0,05, dengan menggunakan software SPSS for windows. Dari 104 pasien check up, 38 orang (36,5%) mengalami perlemakan hati. Pasien dengan perlemakan hati sebesar 45,2% yang berusia lebih atau sama dengan 45 tahun, 36,7% laki-laki, 36,0% perempuan, 52,5% mengalami obesitas dan 41,9% hipertrigliseridemia. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara usia, IMT dengan perlemakan hati, sedangkan jenis kelamin dan kadar trigliserida tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna dengan perlemakan hati. Bahwa tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa anggota TNI yang aktivitas fisiknya banyak bila mengalami obesitas tetap bisa menderita perlemakan hati.References
