HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KONTROL ASMA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN ASMA BRONKIAL DI KLINIK INTERNA RSUD KOTAMOBAGU

Penatalaksanaan asma yang efektif bertujuan untuk mencapai kontrol asma yang baik sehingga pasien dapat menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari dengan optimal serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kontrol asma dengan kualitas hidup pasien asma bronkial di Klinik Interna RSUD Kotamobagu. Penelitian observasional analitik ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan 32 pasien sebagai responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data pasien dikumpulkan dari Januari sampai Februari 2023 menggunakan Asthma Control Test (ACT) untuk mengukur tingkat kontrol asma dan MiniAsthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (Mini-AQLQ) untuk mengukur kualitas hidup. Analisis hubungan antara tingkat kontrol asma dengan kualitas hidup menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 20 responden (62.5%) yang mempunyai asma terkontrol, 12 responden (37.5%) mempunyai asma tidak terkontrol dan jumlah responden yang memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 18 orang (56.3%), responden dengan kualitas hidup buruk yaitu 14 orang (43.8%) serta tabulasi silang mayoritas berbanding lurus dimana pasien dengan tingkat kontrol asma yang tidak terkontrol memiliki kualitas hidup buruk sebesar (31.3%) sedangkan pasien dengan tingkat kontrol asma yang tidak terkontrol yang memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebesar (6.3%). Kemudian mayoritas pasien dengan asma yang terkontrol memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebesar (50%) sedangkan pasien dengan asma yang terkontrol yang memiliki kualitas hidup buruk sebesar (12.5%). nilai p = 0.00 (< 0.05) pada uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kontrol asma dengan kualitas hidup pasien asma bronkial di Klinik Interna RSUD Kotamobagu. Semakin baik tingkat kontrol asma maka semakin baik juga kualitas hidup.References
