Kelahiran bayi prematur masih menjadi masalah kesehatan bayi di Indonesia maupun dibeberapa negara karena kelahiran bayi prematur menyumbang 60% penyebab kematian neonatus. Masalah yang terjadi terkait dengan kelahiran bayi prematur yang terjadi sebelum usia gestasi 37 minggu dan biasanya diikuti dengan berat badan kurang dari 2500 gram pada saat lahir. Perawatan bayi prematur yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan terapi musik. Penerapan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi pemberian terapi musik Lullaby terhadap Respiration rate pada bayi premature di RSUD dr.Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. penerapan dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif studi kasus kepada 2 responden yang mengalami gangguan pada respiration rate selama 3 hari berturut turut dengan frekuensi 1 kali dalam sehari selama 30 menit. berdasarkan hasil penerapan yang sudah dilakukan terdapat penurunan pada Respiration rate pada bayi premature sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi music Lullaby. Penerapan terapi musik Lullaby dapat dijadikan terapi non-farmakologis Respiration atau intervensi pada bayi prematur yang berada di NICU.References
